What is Saff?+

Saff is a Lenouar product that helps turn PDFs and scans into Excel-ready tables. You choose the fields you want, upload documents, review the results, correct anything that needs attention, and export the table.

Is Saff only for invoices?+

No. Saff is not limited to invoices. You can use it for receipts, licenses, contracts, forms, certificates, and similar documents where you know which fields you want to collect.

Does Saff keep my original files?+

Not by default. If you choose extract-only mode, Saff uses the file only to complete the extraction and then removes the temporary original after processing or expiry.

How does retained original storage work?+

If you want Saff to keep original files for preview, you connect your own storage bucket. Saff stores the retained originals there in encrypted form, and you can preview or download them through Saff after signing in.
