Saff is a Lenouar product that helps turn PDFs and scans into Excel-ready tables. You choose the fields you want, upload documents, review the results, correct anything that needs attention, and export the table.

No. Saff is not limited to invoices. You can use it for receipts, licenses, contracts, forms, certificates, and similar documents where you know which fields you want to collect.

Not by default. If you choose extract-only mode, Saff uses the file only to complete the extraction and then removes the temporary original after processing or expiry.

If you want Saff to keep original files for preview, you connect your own storage bucket. Saff stores the retained originals there in encrypted form, and you can preview or download them through Saff after signing in.

Saff supports PDF, PNG, JPG/JPEG, and WEBP files. HEIC/HEIF, ZIP files, Word documents, Excel files as source uploads, and password-protected PDFs are not currently supported.

Basic Extraction is the standard extraction mode for most document-to-table workflows. It is the only mode available for the free trial.

Enhanced Extraction is for harder documents or cases where you want a stronger extraction attempt. It costs more than Basic Extraction, requires wallet balance, and is not included in the free trial.

You choose a workspace currency when the workspace is created, then add balance in that currency. Before processing, Saff estimates how many documents your balance can cover based on the table fields, pages, number of files, and Basic or Enhanced mode. The final amount is calculated when the documents are processed.

Yes. Each workspace may try one Basic document for free. Enhanced Extraction, batch uploads, and repeated trial attempts are not included.

Yes. You can review rows, edit extracted values, see previous values, restore the original Saff result where available, and mark rows as reviewed.

Yes. Saff exports an .xlsx workbook with a clean data sheet and review information for missing values, low-confidence results, failures, and manual corrections.

No. Extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting output before relying on it for business, accounting, legal, tax, compliance, or operational decisions.

Yes. Saff encrypts sensitive extracted values, corrections, storage secrets, temporary uploads, and retained originals before saving them.

The customer controls the documents uploaded to Saff and the business data created from them, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
