Terms of Service

The contractual terms that govern use of Saff.

  • Last updated2026-05-08

Parties and service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Saff, a document-to-table extraction service provided by Lenouar Artificial Intelligence Developing Services LLC, Al Muroor, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Saff allows authorized users to create extraction tables, define fields, upload supported documents, review extracted rows, correct values, and export Excel-ready workbooks.

By creating an account, using a workspace, uploading documents, connecting storage, adding wallet balance, or otherwise using Saff, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspaces.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for user access, uploaded documents, field definitions, extraction instructions, storage connections, review decisions, and export use.

You must not access or attempt to access another user's workspace, storage connection, batch, table, row, file, or export unless you are authorized to do so.

Acceptable use

You may use Saff only for lawful business purposes and only with documents, data, and storage locations that you have the right to process.

You must not upload malware, unlawful material, payment card numbers outside supported payment flows, authentication secrets, or documents that you are prohibited from processing.

You must not interfere with service security, bypass usage limits, test the service for unauthorized access, reverse engineer extraction systems, abuse the free trial, or use Saff to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful outputs.

Document extraction and review

Saff uses automated extraction to return structured values based on the table fields and instructions configured by users. Extraction results may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing extracted rows, correcting values, checking exported files, and determining whether the output is appropriate for your intended business use.

Saff is not accounting, legal, tax, compliance, or professional advice. Outputs should not be relied on without human review and applicable professional judgment.

Original files and storage

By default, Saff operates in extract-only mode. Original uploaded files are temporarily stored in encrypted form for processing and are deleted after processing or expiry.

If you choose to keep original files, you must connect your own S3-compatible storage bucket. Saff stores retained originals in that bucket in encrypted form and lets authorized users preview or download them through Saff.

You are responsible for the availability, permissions, encryption settings, lifecycle rules, costs, compliance, and continued access to any customer-owned storage bucket connected to Saff.

Wallet, top-ups, and trial

Each workspace has one billing currency selected at workspace creation. Wallet top-ups are processed through embedded Stripe payment forms and are added to the workspace wallet after successful payment confirmation.

Extraction cost depends on field count, page count, file count, extraction mode, and applicable service limits. Estimates shown in the product are guidance only; the final wallet deduction is calculated during processing.

Each workspace may receive one free trial extraction for one Basic document. Enhanced Extraction, batch uploads, repeat attempts after processing starts, and additional trial uses are excluded.

Failed or cancelled payments do not add wallet balance. Refunds, reversals, or adjustments may be recorded in wallet history when required by payment status, service failure, or applicable law.

Suspension and termination

Lenouar may suspend or restrict access to Saff if we reasonably believe that an account, workspace, storage connection, upload, payment, or use pattern violates these Terms, creates security risk, harms the service, or is unlawful.

You may stop using Saff at any time. Deletion, archival, export, retained-file handling, and wallet history are subject to the controls available in the service and applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

Saff is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Lenouar does not warrant that extraction will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenouar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of Saff.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of Abu Dhabi, subject to any mandatory rules that cannot be varied by contract.
